Please read the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms of Access") carefully before registering on, accessing, browsing, downloading or using Cafrodytes portal, which can be accessed via the Cafrodytes at website named "https://cafrodytes.com", Cafrodytes, Cafrodytes wallet, and such other locations as uploaded (hereinafter collectively, the Cafrodytes Platform ) and run by The Lunar Studios, having its registered office at Dubai, UAE on any device and before availing any services offered on the Cafrodytes Platform.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE PLAYING ANY MOBILE GAMES OR/AND USING Cafrodytes.1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 You may only use Our web portal com, partner websites, mobile applications and other portals (collectively, the “Platform”) if you agree to abide by the terms and conditions as laid down in this agreement.1.2 If You do not agree with any part of these Terms of Use or/and Privacy Policy, kindly refrain from playing any games or otherwise using our services on the platform.
2. Eligibility
2.1. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Game.2.2 Only people of sound mind having a legal email id may use this platform.
2.3 Only skill-based games are available on our Platform.
3. Cryptocurrency Usage
3.1. The Game involves the use of cryptocurrency. Users are responsible for their cryptocurrency transactions and holdings.3.2. Cafrodytes (The Lunar Studios) is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of cryptocurrency within the Game.
3.3 You may register on the Platform and add cryptocurrency/USD/Coins to your account to play the available games.
4. Virtual Assets
4.1. Virtual assets, including but not limited to in-game currency and items, have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for legal tender.4.2. Users do not own virtual assets; they are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use them within the Game.
4.3 Further, the Entry Fee for any contest is non-refundable. Money added in the in-app wallet can only be used to play games and make in-app purchases. The amount cannot be refunded. Any amount once deducted, that particular order cannot be canceled.
5. User Conduct
5.1. Users agree not to engage in any disruptive or harmful activities within the Game.5.2. Cafrodytes (The Lunar Studios) reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.
5.3 The rules governing users’ participation in the Contests available on our Platform further may be subject to its own Game Rules and Code of Conduct.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All content within the Game, including but not limited to text, graphics, and code, is the property of Cafrodytes (The Lunar Studios) and is protected by copyright.6.2 We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website/application through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
7. Privacy Policy
7.1. The use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.7.2 Please note that your user details will not be accessible to other users on the Platform. Only your name will be visible to other users.
8. Changes to Terms
8.1 Cafrodytes (The Lunar Studios) reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.8.2 Please note that we have the sole discretion to determine the terms applicable on any Contest including the Awards to be given in any Contest.
8.3 We also reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Game for any reason without prior notice.
9. Withdrawal Conditions
9.1 You may withdraw your winnings by means of crypto.9.2 You need to invest/use 100% of the amount/coins/cryptocurrency added to play games.
9.3 Only the winning amount can be withdrawn.
9.4 We can ask you for KYC documents to verify your address and identity at any stage. Withdrawals will be permitted only from accounts for which such KYC process is complete.
9.5 You can choose to withdraw money from your user account at any time, subject to bonus/promotional money withdrawal restrictions.
9.6 We will attempt our best to process your withdrawals in a timely manner, but there could be delays due to the time required for verification and completing the withdrawal transaction.
9.7 We shall not be liable to pay you any form of compensation for the reason of delays in remitting payments to you from your user account.
10. Governing Law
10.1. These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and jurisdiction of Dubai, UAE.By accessing and using Cafrodytes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
